Samradh foods started its operations in 2015 from Indore. We launched our first product in 2018 as Fresh Chakki Atta. Samradh Foods emerged as an important part of their diet and identified that wheat flour is an essential part of daily meal and it fulfills major part of our nutritional needs. We have 4 big and modernized factories, becoming the largest flour mill supplier in central India, installed capacity over 200T/D.

Our manufacturing unit at Nimrani Food Park situated at the bank of Maa Narmada which adds softness and whiteness to the food. This area is well known for the wheat grinding and all major manufacturers have unit at this location. We are connected to Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra and Gujrat which strengthen to our procurement capability. Our location enables us to supply our products anywhere in India very easy, quickly and cost efficiently. The location has direct connectivity with Pithampur Port situated 40km from our unit which supports us do achieve export competitiveness.

Grinding Technology
Samradh has most advance grinding technology that is fully automatic controlling system with a lot of balancer, sensor, etc.
Automatically display raw wheat, clean wheat, flour, bran instant flowing quantity, flowing percentage, and a percentage for a fixed time. With working history checking system and fault alarm system.
Milling Technology
Roller mills break the material. Plansifter separates the suitable size flour.
Purifier will extract the pure flour, semolina, etc. De-stoner separates the impurities according to the suspending speed difference in the air between wheat and the same size heavy impurities.
Blending, Packaging
Before being milled, the wheat should be dampened. That will help the milling. The bran will be easily separated from endosperm without damage. The blending system can mix different flour and guarantee the stability of quality.
we have automatic packing machines which can pack flour in 500gms to 50 kg/bag.

Factory
Samradh Factory is fully covered and secured so that no outsider have unauthorized access to the manufacturing unit. The factory is 100% secured and monitoredhh 24x7 by CCTV. Only registered manpower/ vendors can enter in the factory.
Storage
We store wheat in silos.There are temperature detectors inside of silos.If the temperature inside is very high,the blower can blow air intoh silos to reduce the temperature to protect the grains. It enhances the life of products.
Logistics
Samradh has strong logistic network which delivers goods on time. We can supply from 1T to 40 Tons in a single tranche with all possible mode of transportation. Our supply chain team is dedicated to Samradh products in India as well as exports in GCC.
